These much-improved supporter contact tools are a result of both extensive feedback from fans and investment from the club.

Use a simple contact form to contact the team.
This form replaces all previously used email addresses, and ensures your enquiry gets to the right people and is prioritised effectively for a prompt response.
Contact the club on +44 (0)20 7619 5000 for all other enquiries – all other phone numbers will no longer exist so it should be easier for supporter to know which number to call. Phone lines will be open from 9.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with extended hours on matchdays.
We are excited about these new services as they should mean:
- it’s easier and more straightforward for fans to contact the club
- the club can respond to supporters more effectively – we expect fan queries to be dealt with more quickly and with the information and tools we need to provide a full response.
We ask that supporters have patience with us while we adapt to these new services and encourage fans to share feedback on their experience when contacting us.
