Our No.11 was on the scoresheet for three of her four appearances in December, with her goals proving especially vital in our narrow wins over Everton and Juventus. She also scooped the December WSL Goal of the Month award for that same strike against Everton.
With 81 completed passes, 16 created chances, and eight tackles across the month, our Dutch forward was tuning up for yet another incredible run of form in red and white, before she sustained an agonising ACL rupture in our Women's Champions League clash against reigning champions, Lyon.
Viv earned 61% of the vote, with Katie McCabe and Frida Maanum settling in second and third place respectively.
