Congratulations to Beth Mead, who has been named as the FA Women’s Super League Player of the Month for April.
The 24-year-old was in stunning form last month, assisting twice in our 2-1 win over Everton, before finding the back of the net from 25 yards in our title-clinching win over Brighton.
Mead has now scored seven goals and assisted 12 in the WSL this season, earning her a call-up to the England squad for the 2019 Women’s World Cup.
