Matthew Smith has signed his first professional contract with the club.
The 18 year-old midfielder has been a key figure in our under-18s side this season, making 19 appearances and scoring four goals, while also providing 10 assists. He has also featured six times for our under-23s in the Premier League 2 this term.
Harlow-born Matthew is a Hale End graduate.
