Arsenal matchday retail discount promotion brought to you by Mastercard: Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the Arsenal matchday retail discount promotion brought to you by Mastercard (“Promotion”) where you will receive £5 discount (the “Discount”) on each transaction using a QR Code to receive the Discount for purchases of goods from Arsenal’s Armoury retail store (the “Armoury”) on an Arsenal matchday at Emirates Stadium (“Matchday”). By entering the Promotion, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Promotion

1. PROMOTION PERIOD: The start date for the Promotion is 19 January 2025 (“Start Date”). The closing date 31 May 2025 (“Closing Time”). Purchases of goods from the Armoury made on non-matchdays at Emirates Stadium or after the Closing Time will not be eligible to receive the Discount pursuant to the Promotion.
    
2. ELIGIBILITY: On the Start Date, the Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”) will display promotional materials which will include a QR Code in the Armoury, in respect of the Promotion (the “Materials”). To be eligible to receive the Discount on each transaction for the purchase of goods from the Armoury on a Matchday, you will be required to scan the available QR Code using your mobile device prior to making your purchase and display the Discount and purchase with your Mastercard to the cashier at the time of purchase. Participants in the Promotion is open only to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry, who hold a valid Mastercard. 
    
3. Employees of Arsenal or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
    

4. Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for (whether in tort, contract or otherwise):

   (a) any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Promotion, resulting from any cause whatsoever; or

   (b) any loss of profit, loss of use, loss of opportunity or any indirect, economic or consequential losses whatsoever and howsoever caused.
    

5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Promotion and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.
    
6. SPIRIT OF THE PROMOTION: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Promotion by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render the Discount invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future promotions run by the Arsenal.
