Mark McGuinness has signed his first professional contract with the club.
The 18-year-old defender suffered a number of injuries over his first year as a scholar - but since then he’s kicked on under the guidance of Ken Gillard, helping our under-18s to mount a title challenge.
The young defender has made 18 appearances for our under-18s this season, scoring three goals.
Mark is an Arsenal Academy graduate, having been at the club since he was 10 years old.
Everyone at the club would like to congratulate Mark on his new contract and we look forward to his continued development.
