Three of our players were in action for their respective loan clubs this week - but how did they perform? Read on to find out:

Joe Willock scored his sixth goal in six games on Wednesday evening, bagging the winner in Newcastle's 1-0 win over Sheffield United at St James' Park.

Our 21-year-old midfielder rose highest to power home an impressive header inside the six-yard box, guiding the Magpies to their 11th win of the season. Willock was then replaced by Andy Carroll with five minutes to play as Steve Bruce's side sought to protect their lead in the closing stages.

At 21 years and 272 days, Willock became the youngest-player ever in the Premier League history to score in six successive games.

Ainsley Maitland-Niles was also in action, playing 68 minutes in West Brom's 3-1 defeat to West Ham at The Hawthorns. Matheus Pereira opened the scoring for the home side before goals from Tomas Soucek, Angelo Ogbonna and Michail Antonio kept the Hammers in contention for European football next season.

Finally, Daniel Ballard played the full match and kept a clean sheet as Blackpool beat Oxford United 3-0 in the first leg of their League One play-off semi-final on Tuesday. Goals from Oliver Turton and a brace from Ellis Simms handed Neil Critchley's men their fifth consecutive win in the third tier.
