What did you gain from doing the Arsenal Gap Year?
I gained a huge amount of experience coaching different community groups as well as a range of qualifications.
What was your favourite part of the programme?
On a personal level it was coaching abroad however the experience you gain locally is extremely valuable.
How would you describe your overall experience on the Arsenal Gap Year?
It was fantastic. It gives you a good understanding of community sport and is a great experience for anyone wishing to work in the industry.
What advice would you give to anyone thinking of doing the Arsenal Gap Year?
Go for it. It’s a cliché but the more you put into it the more you will get out of it.
