We're aware of issues with supporters not receiving their match alerts from the Arsenal App.
This is an issue that is only affecting iOS users who were receiving match alerts last season.
If you have opted in to notifications, but aren't receiving them on match days, simply follow these instructions:
1 - Uninstall the app from your phone home screen
2 - Re-install the app by heading to the App Store here
3 - Opt yourself back into match alerts by heading to the Menu in the top right of the homepage
This should resolve the issues you are encountering. Simply updating the app without uninstalling and re-installing will not fix the issue.
