We’ve been working with industry-leading AI chat application platform GameOn to bring the Arsenal bot to life, so it responds to fans' natural language requests for news, scores, stats, videos and more.
Fans can personalise their experience by following their favourite topics and players, customising their match alerts, getting targeted news and updates, and allowing for real-time reactions and engagement, direct from the club.
