Having failed to make the breakthrough, the game went to extra time and we equalised when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang scored with a brilliant acrobatic overhead kick.
But with seconds left on the clock, the visitors snatched the victory when Youssef El Arabi poked home from inside the box.
