Gabriel's first-half goal, followed by an excellent defensive performance in the final 20 minutes, was enough to give us an important win at Wolves.
Defender Gabriel was in the right place at the right time to stab home our opener from close range, netting our first goal for five games.
His compatriot Gabriel Martinelli was sent off in the second half – for two quick-fire yellow cards – and the hosts put us under pressure from then on.
But the defence stood firm, with Aaron Ramsdale also producing a fine save, and the win lifts us to fifth place in the league.
