As one of the most successful graduates of our academy, Jack Wilshere knows better than most which young talents to watch out for.
The England international has been hugely impressed by Emile Smith Rowe and, ahead of the second leg of our FA Youth Cup final against Chelsea, says he is a "special" talent.
"He's been great throughout the cup run," Wilshere told Arsenal Player. "I've seen clips and obviously I saw his run in the semi-final [against Blackpool] and that's what you want to see from a young player.
"When he has stepped up to play with the first team, he hasn't look out of place and that's a sign of someone who has a real opportunity of not just making a career, but playing at this club which I know is difficult.
"You can see over the years the good players that haven't quite made it, but he has got something a little bit special, and he has a real chance."
