Jonas Eidevall has been named as the WSL's Manager of the Month for November after guiding us to four wins from four.
Our boss came out on top of the vote ahead of Chelsea's Emma Hayes, Manchester United's Marc Skinner and Liverpool's Matt Beard after recording a 100 per cent record during the month, which has seen our side rise up the ranks to within striking distance of league-leaders Chelsea, who we face at Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
November began with a crunch game against Manchester City which we won 2-1 thanks to a late Stina Blackstenius effort, and then we recovered from two goals down to emphatically beat Leicester City 6-2 at the King Power Stadium.
That saw us climb to second place in the table, and we maintained the pressure on the Blues by beating Brighton & Hove Albion 3-0 away from home, before seeing off West Ham United by the same scoreline to round off an impressive month for our women's side.
It is the first time Jonas has won the divisional award since he was successful in his first two months in charge back in September and October 2021.
