All 2023/24 home Matchday programmes will be made available in audio format as a free podcast which Blind and Partially Sighted supporters can download from here a few days after each home game.

Audio Description Match Commentary Service

The Disability Liaison Team provides a free Audio Description Commentary Service at every home game at Emirates Stadium for Blind and Partially Sighted supporters (including away supporters).  

Season ticket holders are issued with receivers and headsets on a permanent basis. However, if there are any problems with your commentary equipment then please ask steward to contact the Disability Matchday Team and it will be replaced as quickly as possible.

Home match ticket holders (Disability Access), once you have received your match ticket confirmation email or when booking tickets over the phone, please notify the Disability Liaison Team (DLT) that you would like to have the Audio Description Commentary Service and your name and seat details will be added to the Commentary List for the game concerned

Should the equipment fail during the match then again please ask a nearby steward to call the Disability Match Day Team and the batteries/equipment will be replaced.

Visiting Supporters When booking your match tickets please ask your club’s Box Office or Disability Liaison/ Access Officer to advise the Arsenal Disability Liaison Team via our Enquiry Form that you would like to have the Audio Description Commentary Service and provided that we are sent your sent your name and full seat details before the match we can then arrange for the commentary equipment  to be given to you in your seat before kick-off.

Home and Away Match Ticket Holders

The equipment will be collected from you again after the end of the game or, you can hand it to steward as you leave the seating area. However, if you get to your seat after the game has started please ask a steward if the commentary team have left the equipment with them? If not, then please ask a steward to call the Disability Liaison Team and we will get the commentary equipment to you as soon as possible.

Guide/Assistance Dog Toilet Facility

Emirates Stadium was the first Premier League stadium to install a Guide/Assistance Dog Toilet facility. The facility is located outside the stadium on podium level opposite turnstile Block F. It is accessed via a gate which is fitted with a RADAR lock. If you don’t have a RADAR key with you then please contact a steward as all match day Supervising Stewards have RADAR keys.

Tactile Guidance Pathways Around Emirates Stadium

There are Tactile Guidance Pathways that enable Blind and Partially Sighted supporters & visitors to navigate their way around the podium area which surrounds the stadium 

The two pathways begin on the Ken Friar and Danny Fiszmann bridges on the north and east side of Emirates Stadium and help guide Blind and Partially Sighted supporters & visitors around the podium area to Hornsey Road at the southern at the stadium.
