Having guided us to maximum points during January, Mikel Arteta has been nominated for the Premier League's Manager of the Month award for January.
It is the fourth time this season that Mikel has been included among the potential winners, as he goes in search of his seventh divisional monthly accolade during his time in our dugout.
Mikel is up against Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp who was the only manager to win three matches during the month, while Pep Guardiola is also selected for steering fellow title rival Manchester City to six points from six after beating Newcastle United and Burnley.
Luton Town's Rob Edwards completes the shortlist after the Hatters beat Brighton 4-0 and drew 1-1 with Burnley to move out of the relegation zone at the month's end.
You can vote for Mikel now until Monday, February 12 at midday, with supporter votes being added to those of a panel to select the winner.
You can also help Gabriel win the Player of the Month award, after he was one of six players nominated thanks to his displays in January.
