Arsenal Disability Access Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) set out the basis on which you can participate in the Arsenal Disability Access survey prize draw for a chance to win two (2) tickets to an Arsenal men’s or women’s home match, either for Disability Access Members or for those who consider themselves to have a disability or impairment (“Prize Draw”). By entering the Prize Draw, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you should not enter the Prize Draw and you will not be eligible to win the Prize. The only way to enter the Prize Draw is by completing the Survey.
- PRIZE DRAW PERIOD: The Prize Draw begins on 3 March 2025, starting at the moment the link to the Survey (defined below) becomes active, following the distribution of survey emails to the potential participants or the QR code (the “QR Code”)for the Survey is shared within the matchday programme during Arsenal v Chelsea in the Premier League on 16 March 2025 or on social channels (the “Start Date”). The closing date and time for entries to the Prize Draw is 21 March 2025 at 23:59 (UK time) (“Closing Date”). Entries to the Prize Draw received after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
- TO ENTER: To participate in the Prize Draw, click the link provided in your survey email or scan the QR Code, which will direct you to a questionnaire about your experience as a disabled supporter of Arsenal (the “Survey”). Complete the Survey by answering all the questions and providing your personal details at the end of the form, including your full name and email address. Submit your entry before the Closing Date.
- ELIGIBILITY: Participation in the Prize Draw is open exclusively to UK residents aged 18 or older at the time of entry, who are Platinum, Gold or Red Disability Access Arsenal Members, or who have selected the option in Question 1 of the Survey indicating that they consider themselves to have a disability or impairment, and have completed the Survey before the Closing Date. Those who do not consider themselves to have a disability or impairment should select the “none of the above” option in Question 1 of the Survey and will be ineligible to enter the Prize Draw. Each recipient of the Survey email is permitted to submit only one (1) entry.
- Employees of The Arsenal Football Club Limited (company number 109244) (“Arsenal”) or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
- No purchase is required to enter the Prize Draw, but you will require email and internet access to enter via the Survey. No refund may be claimed for any expenses incurred relating to the use of an email account or internet connection for the purpose of entering the Prize Draw.
- PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive two (2) General Admission tickets, consisting of either one (1) Disability Access ticket and one (1) personal assistant ticket, if you are a Disability Access Member; or, if you selected that you consider yourself to have a disability or impairment on the Survey, two (2) General Admission tickets (the “Prize”) for one of the following matches at Emirates Stadium:
- Arsenal v Brentford in the Premier League, scheduled to kick off at 15:00 (UK time) on 12 April 2025;
- Arsenal v Crystal Palace in the Premier League, scheduled to kick off at 15:00 (UK time) on 26 April 2025; or
- Arsenal Women v Manchester United Women in the Women's Super League on 11 May 2025 with kick-off time subject to confirmation,
(each referred to as a “Match,” collectively the “Matches”). The winner must confirm their choice of Match no later than 7 April 2025. Please note that the Prize allows attendance at only one Match.
- If the winner is a Disability Access Season Ticket holder for Arsenal men’s team, the Prize for any selected men’s Match will be upgraded to two (2) Club Level tickets consisting of one (1) Disability Access match ticket and one (1) personal assistant match ticket. Alternatively, if the winner is a Disability Access Season Ticket holder for Arsenal women’s team, the Prize will be upgraded to two (2) Club Level tickets, consisting of one (1) Disability Access match ticket and one (1) personal assistant match ticket for an alternative home Women’s Super League match at Emirates Stadium during the 2025/26 season, taking place before 31 December 2025. If the selected winner is unable to attend any of the Matches, they must notify Arsenal at the address provided in paragraph 24 below no later than 7 April 2025. In such cases, the winner’s Prize will be substituted with tickets to an alternative home Premier League or Women’s Super League match during the 2025/26 season, taking place before 31 December 2025. Ticket upgrades require proof of an applicable Arsenal Season Ticket. Any ticket upgrades and alternative match selections shall be determined by Arsenal in its sole discretion, acting reasonably and considering the winner’s availability where applicable.
- The Prize (and any part of a Prize) is non-transferable and non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Prize consists only of the elements expressly set out at paragraphs 6 and 7; no other elements or expenses are included in the Prize (including, without limitation, transport costs, air travel taxes, baggage fees, accommodation costs, insurance, phone calls, baggage, gratuities, souvenirs, fuel costs, car parking charges, personal expenses, visas, vaccinations). All such costs and expenses not included within the Prize are your responsibility. If you (and any guest or companion) are required to travel for the purposes of taking up the Prize, you are also responsible for obtaining, at your own expense, any necessary travel insurance and travel documentation (i.e. passport, valid photo identification, visas, passports etc.) prior to travel. You (and your guests or companions) must adhere to any applicable visa entry requirements, legislation, government guidance and all applicable laws. The date and time of the Match is subject to fixture scheduling for the Premier League or the Women’s Super League and is subject to change due to broadcast coverage or other circumstances. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. This Prize Draw is open exclusively to Platinum, Gold or Red Disability Access Arsenal Members, or those who consider themselves to have a disability or impairment. The selected winner must attend the Match or, if applicable, the alternative match.
- Arsenal reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
- Where applicable to the Prize(s) or parts of the Prize(s), Arsenal’s terms and conditions at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-membership-terms, specifically the Men’s Home Ticket Terms and Conditions at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-terms-conditions-mens, the Women’s Home Match Ticket Terms and Conditions at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-terms-conditions-womens and the Ground Regulations at https://www.arsenal.com/ticket-terms-conditions-other, shall apply. Other terms and conditions (including third party terms and conditions) may also apply to the Prize(s) or parts of the Prize(s).
- The winner of the Prize Draw must not sell, assign or transfer the Prize(s) to any other person, including for payment or any other form of valuable consideration.
- SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner for the Prize Draw will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received between the applicable Start Date and Closing Date.
- The winner of the Prize Draw will be contacted using the contact details used to enter the Prize Draw. We shall use reasonable endeavours to contact the winner within 72 hours of the Closing Date. If we attempt to contact a winner (for example to confirm matters in respect of delivery of a Prize) and they do not respond within 14 days, an alternative winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible and complete entries. Unless otherwise notified by Arsenal, the Prize will be delivered to the winner at the email address they provided to complete the Survey at least 48 hours before the Match or, if applicable, the alternative match.
- PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL DATA: Arsenal may ask the winner, who must be aged 18 or over in line with entrant eligibility requirements, to consent to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize Draw and to permit Arsenal to use the winner’s name and image and comments relating to the Prize Draw and/or the Prize for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without any fee being paid.
- Details of the winner’s name and county will be available on request for one month after the Closing Date by writing to Arsenal (including providing a stamped self-addressed envelope and stating the name and closing date of the Prize Draw) at the address set out in paragraph 24 below. If the winner objects to any or all of their details being published or made available, they should contact Arsenal by writing to the Contact in paragraph 24 below. In such circumstances, Arsenal must still provide details of the winner to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in accordance with its obligation to indicate that a valid award of the Prize took place.
- Arsenal will use entrants’ personal details for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw and awarding the Prize. More information about how Arsenal handles personal data is available at https://www.arsenal.com/privacy. Arsenal may use the details to contact entrants about Arsenal’s products and services where this is consented to, in accordance with Arsenal’s privacy policy.
- OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Entries must not be submitted through agents or third parties. No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed or incomplete entries, or for electronic entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered (for any reason, including as a consequence of communication or network failures). Any such entries will be deemed void.
- Arsenal reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Prize Draw or these Terms and Conditions if circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable.
- Entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and the Prize will not be awarded in respect of such entry. Arsenal reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and to exclude any entries which it believes to be invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- Arsenal’s decision is final in all matters relating to the Prize Draw (including the Prize) and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from any negligence of Arsenal, to the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Arsenal nor any of its officers, employees or agents shall be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to you and/or any third party, or to any property belonging to you or any third party in connection with the Prize Draw and/or the Prize (including the winner’s receipt or use of the same). Your statutory rights are not affected.
- GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: Please note that these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. This means that your entry into the Prize Draw and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it will be governed by English law. You and Arsenal both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any such dispute or claim.
- SPIRIT OF THE PRIZE DRAW: If you attempt to compromise the integrity or proper operation of the Prize Draw by cheating or committing fraud in any way, Arsenal reserves the right to render your entry invalid, seek damages from you and ban you from participating in any of their future promotions, prize draws and/or competitions.
