Following extensive feedback and engagement with our supporters, we are making a significant investment to increase the amount of concessions available to our supporters in all General Admission areas of Emirates Stadium, while also making changes to season tickets and match-by-match tickets for the 2024/25 season.
Concessions
Juniors, Cannon and Young Adults
From season 2024/25:
- All General Admission season ticket holders up to the age of 18 (Juniors and Cannon) will receive a 50% discount regardless of where they sit
- Young Adult season ticket holders aged 19 to 24 will continue to receive a 25% discount in all General Admission areas
- Junior Gunner who currently receive a 66% discount will continue to receive this during the 2024/25 season if they remain a Junior Gunner, after which it will be phased down to 50% over a three-year period or when they become a Cannon - whichever happens first
- Cannon Members who currently receive a 57% discount will continue to receive this during the 2024/25 season if they remain a Cannon, after which it will be phased down to 50% over a three-year period or when they become a Young Adult – whichever happens first
For match-by-match tickets:
- An allocation of 2,000 match-by-match tickets will be made available for Junior Gunners to purchase at a 50% discount
- These changes will make the buying process easier for supporters as there will no longer be separate Family Enclosure or Red Adult and Junior Gunners ballots, meaning Junior Gunners can choose to enter either the Silver or Red ballot (with an accompanying adult Member if aged under 14)
- The existing allocation of 1,000 discounted tickets per game will remain unchanged for Cannon and Young Adult Members who will receive a 50% and 25% discount respectively
Seniors
- Senior citizen season ticket holders who currently sit in the Family Enclosure will keep their concession at the current discount rate of 57% for the 2024/25 season - this discount will be kept under review for future seasons
- There is a substantial cost impact to any discounts offered on season tickets, so in the interest of operating in most financially sustainable way possible, discounts on season tickets will be limited to those under 25 (Junior Gunners, Cannon and Young Adults) and will not be available to senior season ticket holders who do not already receive the concession
- There will continue to be an allocation of match-by-match General Admission tickets available to senior supporters – from the 2024/25 season, supporters aged 66+ (aligned to the national retirement age) will be able to apply for these tickets at a 25% discount
- Senior supporters will be able to access these discounted match tickets via either the Red or Silver ballot depending on their membership type
Disabled Supporters
- Supporters with a disability access season ticket or membership will continue to receive a 50% discount and a complimentary Personal Assistant, subject to eligibility
- Next season, DA Members will continue to apply for discounted match tickets via the Disability Access ballot
Additional European Group Stage fixture
With the new format of European competitions for the 2024/25 season, there will be one extra guaranteed Group Stage home fixture included in a General Admission season ticket – taking the number of matches included from 22 to 23 next season. This is made up of all 19 Premier League and four European Group Stage home matches, subject to qualification.
The additional game will be included in General Admission season ticket as a category B fixture subject to UEFA Champions League qualification. As in previous seasons, if the actual categorisation of games differs from those included in the season ticket, GA season ticket holders will receive a refund to reflect the difference.
This inclusion of the additional game means General Admission season ticket holders will continue to only pay for matches that are guaranteed to be played, rather than paying upfront for matches which may not happen as has been the case in previous years. Season ticket holders will continue to have priority to purchase tickets for any further home European or cup matches before they go on sale to other members, either via the Cup Scheme or priority sale windows.
Platinum Members and members with seasonal dining in The WM, The Avenell Club and Diamond Club will continue to have access to all competitive men’s first-team home matches next season, including this additional Group Stage fixture.
Ticket pricing for season 2024/25
Our ambition is to continue competing at the highest level and investing in our teams in an environment where costs continue to rise. We are also continuing to make investments to improve the matchday experience for our supporters at Emirates Stadium.
Consistent with the changes we made for the 2023/24 season, General Admission season ticket and match-by-match ticket prices will increase by 6% in the lower tier and 4% in the upper tier next season.
As a result of the additional fixture and the ticket price increase, season ticket holders in the Upper Tier will pay an additional £113 on average for their season ticket, with those in the Lower Tier paying an average of £103 more than this season. As General Admission season ticket holders are owed the difference between a category A and category B game following all three 2023/24 UEFA Champions League Group Stage fixtures being categorised as Bs, the actual increased outlay for renewing season ticket holders will be an additional £73.68 on Upper Tier and £72.58 on Lower Tier. Club Level season tickets will go up by 6% for those with seats in the Halfway Line or Midfield price categories and those seated in a Behind Goal or Corner seat will increase by 8%. Seasonal Dining prices will increase by 8%. Click here to view Premium seasonal pricing for the 2024/25 season.
Season Ticket Seat Utilisation
To be eligible to renew their season ticket for the 2024/25 season, season ticket holders must utilise their seat for at least 17 of the games included in their season ticket this season. Next season, this will increase to 20 games as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure seats are used and to help drive the best possible atmosphere on matchdays.
If season ticket holders are unable to attend any fixtures included in their season ticket, they can re-sell their seat on Ticket Exchange to other Arsenal Members or transfer to a friend or family member via Ticket Transfer – there is no cost to the season ticket holder for these services and they count towards their seat utilisation target (subject to the recipient of a transferred ticket attending the game). With demand for tickets at unprecedented levels, we are also continuing our work and investment to clamp down on ticket touting. Since the start of the season, we have identified and banned more than 25,000 suspicious accounts thanks to the introduction of the member ticket ballot and changes made to Ticket Exchange. Our work to tackle this problem will continue.
Season Ticket and Membership Renewal Dates
Premium season ticket renewals will take place in April with General Admission season ticket holder and Membership renewals taking place at the end of the season. Supporters will be contacted prior to the relevant renewal periods with further information about their renewal.
