To claim your online 10% discount on Arsenal Direct or Stadium Tours, you will need to log in using your membership number. Once you are logged in, your discount will be automatically applied.
To claim your retail or stadium tour discount in-store, please show your digital membership pass to the cashier along with a secondary form of ID.
Women Season Ticket Holders can now redeem their 10% retail discount online, instead of using a voucher code. Season Ticket holders must log into their newly created Arsenal Account on Arsenal Direct, and the discount will automatically be applied into the basket.
To claim their retail discount in store, season ticket holders should log into the Arsenal App with their 7 digit membership number linked to their season ticket. In the profile section of their account, their membership type will display as 'Women', show this instore to redeem your 10% discount.
