Steve Bould's side suffered an early blow when Martin Angha had to go off with a gashed knee.
They fell behind just after the quarter-hour when Torun Popo scored for the hosts. Ade Azeez added another 15 minutes after the restart and Joe Pigott completed the scoring just before full time.
Bould's side will hope to return to winning ways on Tuesday when they entertain Darlington in the FA Youth Cup.
