Home Advantage Packs for the 2024/25 season will be sold through Arsenal's Online Box Office.
Please follow the below step-by-step guide on how to buy a Home Advantage Pack(s).
Step 1: Log in to your account
Log into Arsenal’s Online Box Office here.
Click on the head and shoulders icon and sign in using your 7-Digit Membership Number.
All supporters looking to purchase a Home Advantage Pack will need a free account. You can create an account here if you don't already have one.
If you are looking to purchase multiple Home Advantage Pack(s) then please ensure you set up an account for each Home Advantage Pack(s) and add all memberships to your network.

Step 2: Click on Home Advantage Packs
This will automatically take you to the Arsenal Women 2024-25 Emirates Stadium Map.
Step 3: Choose your seat(s)
Select the quantity of seats you wish to purchase using the toggle in the top left-hand of the screen.
Then click ‘View available sections” to view all the areas available to purchase in.

On the right-hand side, select the block you would like your seat(s) in.
You can also filter the area of the stadium using the bar on the left side.

Select your seat(s) on the map. It will automatically select the number of seats you filtered by earlier.
For every ticket you are purchasing, choose either a Home Advantage Pack or Home Advantage Pack +.
Select your Price Class from the list: Senior (66+), Adult, Young Adult (18-24) or Junior (U18). Please ensure the date of birth on the account matches the price class you are choosing.
For example, you will not be able to purchase a 'Junior' Home Advantage Pack using a membership number with an age over 18.
Click ‘Add to Basket’
Please note, concession tickets may be asked for proof of age post purchase.
Step 4: Assign your tickets
If you have selected more than one ticket, you will need to assign each ticket to a unique membership number.
Click ‘Assign’ and select the supporter from your network to assign the ticket to. If they are not already in your network, click ‘Add and Register a New Member’ and enter their details.
You will not be able to checkout if each seat is not assigned to a unique membership number.
Step 5: Check Out
Select your payment method and fill in your card details and click ‘Review Order’.
Check your purchase order, agree the terms and conditions and click ‘complete purchase’.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly.
What is the difference between the Home Advantage Pack + and the Home Advantage Pack?
Supporters who purchase the Home Advantage Pack + will also benefit from priority access to purchase away tickets.

Can I upgrade my Home Advantage Pack to a Home Advantage Pack+ mid way through the season?
Can I buy one seat as a Home Advantage Pack and another as Home Advantage Pack+ next to each other?

Does my Home Advantage Pack include Champions League games?
There will be a dedicated window for supporters to opt into the pack should they wish to. Further information on when this window will open and how to opt in will be communicated via email in due course.
I cannot attend a fixture, what are my options?
How many games am I required to utilise my Home Advantage Pack + or Home Advantage Pack for to be eligible to renew for the 2025/26 season?
For the Home Advantage Pack, supporters need to utilise their ticket for 3 out of the 5 games included in the pack.
A seat is considered ‘utilised’ if you have either:
• Attended yourself
• Used the Ticket Transfer service to transfer your ticket(s) – provided the recipient(s) attends the fixture
• Posted your ticket(s) on Ticket Exchange - regardless of whether it’s purchased
