Patrick Boylan spent one season with Woolwich Arsenal towards the end of the 19th century.
The half back joined from in June 1896 after a period in junior football spent with Greenock Volunteers.
A young Boylan made 11 starts in his solitary campaign before leaving in 1897. He later played for Greenock Morton.
