Jimmy Robertson

Jimmy Robertson crossed the north London divide from Tottenham to Arsenal in October 1968.

Having played over 150 times for Arsenal's rivals, the wing forward was brought to Highbury in a straight-swap deal for David Jenkins.

Robertson is one of only two players to score for both sides in the north London derby and appeared 59 times in his two-year spell at Arsenal.

The Scot, a former youth and amateur international, made his Gunners debut in a goalless draw against West Ham in October 1968.

Robertson played 19 times in his first season and went eight appearances better in his final campaign before transferring to Ipswich Town for £50,000 in March 1970.
