Henri Lansbury

Henri scored at White Hart Lane against Tottenham in his only start for Arsenal.

The central midfielder, who captained England at youth level, netted the opening goal and played a pivotal role in the Gunners' 4-1 Carling Cup victory in September 2010.

But regular first-team football proved hard to come by and Lansbury joined Norwich City in the 2010/11 season, helping the Canaries win promotion back to the Premier League.

Having already had spells at Scunthorpe United and Watford, Henri returned to Arsenal and made two more substitute appearances before joining West Ham United on loan in the following campaign.

Again, the Enfield-born midfielder was part of a promotion-winning squad as the Hammers returned to the top flight at the first time of asking.

Henri returned to Emirates Stadium before completing a permanent move to Nottingham Forest in August 2012.
