Harold Crawford spent two years at Arsenal are taking the goalkeeping reins from Leigh Roose.
Crawford joined from Hebburn Argyle in June 1911 and made his league debut against Tottenham Hotspur in December 1911 - a 5-0 defeat.
He played the first 17 matches of the 1912/13 season after Roose's retirement but lost his place after another north London derby defeat.
Crawford played 27 times in two years before being given a free transfer in summer 1913. He joined Reading and later played for Millwall.
