Frank Boulton was part of Arsenal's league-title winning side of 1937/38.
The goalkeeper played 15 times and shared responsibilities between the posts with George Swindin and Alex Wilson.
Boulton joined Arsenal from Bath City for £700 in in October 1936 and made his league debut in a 3-1 win over Preston North End in December that year. He played 21 times in his first season.
George Allison's decision to rotate his three goalkeepers the following season worked as the Gunners picked up their fifth league title of the 1930s.
