Duncan McNichol

Duncan McNichol became an Arsenal player in the summer of 1899 and soon became a first-team regular, making his league debut against Leicester Fosse in September of that year.

The full back made more than 100 appearances in the league before joining Aberdeen in 1903.

McNichol’s career was cut short in 1905 and, after being forced to retire, he became a shopkeeper.
