Caesar Jenkyns was Arsenal's first international player.
The centre half joined from Small Heath in April 1895 and made his debut in a 3-1 win over Grimsby Town on the opening day of the 1895/96 campaign.
Jenkyns, who had made his Wales debut three years prior, won one cap during his short spell at the Club and also captained the Gunners.
The defender played 27 times as Arsenal finished seventh in the Second Division before transferring to Newton Heath in May 1896.
