WHAT HAPPENED

Tyreece John-Jules scored an injury-time winner as we beat Dynamo Zagreb 3-2 in the Premier League International Cup.

The visitors started brightly and took the lead inside seven minutes when Antonio Marin drilled a free-kick from the edge of the box under the wall and into the bottom corner.

With 10 minutes to play in the first half, John-Jules equalised when the ball fell to him inside the box, and he fired past Dinko Horkas on the turn.

Shortly after the restart, James Olayinka gave us the lead from close range.

Zagreb hit back with 10 minutes remaining when Dominik Resetar drove down the left and fizzed a ball across the box, and Roko Baturina tapped in from close range.

Soon after, Folarin Balogun won a penalty when he skipped past Dinko Horkas but went down under his challenge. He then picked himself up but saw his spot kick saved as Horkas dived the right way.

The points looked set to be shared, but deep into injury time, we sealed victory when Balogun broke into the box, and squared the ball to John-Jules who calmly slotted home.
