These traditional exercise classes make use of resistance bands, slam balls, exercise mats and your own body weight to provide a “total body workout”.
Each session, the coach will ensure at least three different muscle groups have been worked on. Classes have no upper age limit, but we would recommend that participants are mobile enough to squat and lunge to get the most out of the sessions.
