Defender Maximilian, known as Max, can play at either left back or centre back, and made his under- 18s debut last season as a first-year scholar. The London-born youngster has been part of the academy from the age of 12, having previously played for Dulwich Village, Elms and Lewisham District before being scouted by Arsenal. At international level, Max is eligible to represent Poland, England and Jamaica.
