An athletic left back who can also play in midfield, Elian featured four times for our under-21s last season after recovering from injury. London-born Elian has played youth matches for Costa Rica, where he also has citizenship. He joined our academy at the age of 10 and signed his first professional contract in July 2023. Through his relatives, Elian is also eligible to play for Sweden and Republic of Ireland at international level. He is a boyhood Arsenal fan and a great crosser of the ball.
