A skilful midfielder who joined us from Colchester United at under-14s level, Bless made 14 appearances for our under-18s last season, notching a goal and an assist in the U18 Premier League, after overcoming an injury from the previous campaign. He was at Colchester for two years before a successful trial at Arsenal saw him make the big step up.
