The all-action midfielder is capable of contributing at both ends of the field - and that was on show for all to see at the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup, where she delivered a number of promising performances and scored a last-gasp winner against New Zealand.

Jill made her senior debut for FC Twente at just 16 years of age. She would then go on to make another 105 appearances for the club, scoring 57, and winning a number of trophies. This includes the BeNe League (2012/13, 2013/14), the Eredivisie (2012/13, 2013/14, 2014/15, 2015/16) and KNVB Women’s Cup (2014/15). Jill was also the top scorer in the 2015/16 Eredivisie season.

Her dominant performances weren’t going unnoticed - and in July 2017, she put pen to paper on a two-year contract with Bayern Munich.

The versatile midfielder has over 40 caps for the Netherlands and helped them to win the UEFA Women’s Euros (2017) and the Algarve Cup (2018).
