WHAT HAPPENED
Our young Gunners continued their unbeaten start to the season with a hard-fought 1-1 draw on the road against West Bromwich Albion.
Coming off the back of an impressive win over West Ham last week, Jack Wilshere’s side kept up the momentum and almost took the lead early on through Osman Kamara, but he fired his shot straight at the keeper.
However, the home side would take the lead when Adriel Walker’s deflected shot found its way into the back of the net.
We started to get a hold of the game and almost drew level before the break when efforts from Harrison Duziak and Rosiak forced Louis Brady into a quick double save.
Our equaliser came shortly after the restart through Kamara - the forward pounced on a bouncing ball around the box to slot home and draw us level.
The momentum swung our way and Seb Ferdinand almost scored a stunning strike but his shot was tipped over the bar.
We pushed hard for a winner with Louie Copley and Kamarni Ryan having encouraging cameos off the bench but we returned to London with a well-earned point.
WHAT IT MEANS
We remain unbeaten with four points after two league games.
WHAT’S NEXT
We return to action next week on Saturday, August 26 when we host Tottenham Hotspur - the first north London derby of the season.
Kick-off at London Colney is at 11am (UK).
