Our under-14s lifted the Albert Phelan cup earlier this month, winning 6-2 against West Bromwich Albion in the final.
Two goals each from Tyreece Briscoe and Luke Plange helped us to victory, with Zane Monlouis and Mazeed Ogungbo also on the scoresheet.
We qualified from a group that included Brighton and Hove Albion, Reading and West Ham United, before progressing to the tournament’s knockout rounds.
We then faced Chelsea, winning 3-0 against the Blues to set up a game against Norwich in the regional semi-final - which we won 5-1.
Fulham were our opponents in the regional final, with us running out winners 4-2 after extra-time to set up the final against West Brom.
