Find out how to use your My Arsenal Rewards Card for payments today
If you are a new, eligible UK member, your My Arsenal Rewards membership card works as an electronic matchday ticket, a rewards card and a payment card, powered by Pingit for Clubs from Barclays. Once the payment feature is activated, the card can be used for all online and offline club purchases at Emirates Stadium, all club stores and anywhere that accepts Visa as a payment method*.
If you choose not to activate your My Arsenal Rewards membership card for payment, your card will still provide access to Emirates Stadium.
To use your new My Arsenal Rewards membership card for payments, you will need to complete the following steps:
- Activate your card
To activate your card, you must have the latest version of the Arsenal Official app installed on your smartphone. Once installed, sign in with your membership number and password and click on the ‘Manage prepaid card’ link. You will then be taken through the Barclays Pingit for Clubs account set up instructions to activate your My Arsenal Rewards membership card for payment.
- Top Up
Once your My Arsenal Rewards membership card has been activated, you can then top up your card with funds from your linked current account through either the manual or auto top up functionality located on the Barclays Pingit for Clubs home screen, accessible via the ‘Manage prepaid card’ link in the Arsenal Official app.
- Chip & PIN
Before your My Arsenal Rewards membership card can be used for contactless payments, you must complete your first transaction using Chip & PIN, to make sure your payments are safe and secure. Barclays have provided the below instructions to help you find your PIN:
- Open the Arsenal Official app and log in using your membership number and password
- Click ‘Manage prepaid card’
- Enter your 5-digit Pingit for Clubs passcode
- Scroll down and click ‘View your PIN’
- Confirm your 5-digit Pingit for Clubs passcode
- Your 4-digit PIN will be displayed in a pop-up window, which will disappear after 30 seconds
After completing your first transaction using Chip & PIN you will be able to use your card for contactless payments anywhere that accepts Visa as a payment method. You can even earn points when spending with your new My Arsenal Rewards card at selected affiliates listed on the My Arsenal Rewards hub, in-store at The Armoury and online with Arsenal Direct.
*You can pay for goods and services with your My Arsenal Rewards membership card wherever you see the Visa sign, online and in-store. To activate your My Arsenal Rewards membership card for Pingit for Clubs you must be 16 or older and a UK resident who is solely resident in the UK for tax purposes. A UK personal current account is required to register for Pingit for Clubs. If you choose not to activate your My Arsenal Rewards membership card for payment, your card will still provide access to Emirates Stadium. T&Cs apply.
