There may be a new season on the horizon, but Frimmy is continuing his Colney Carpool service for all staff at the training ground, and the latest to hop into the Frimborghini was under-18s head coach Jack Wilshere.
After accepting a ride from our roving reporter, he was posed a series of tasing questions including how he found his first year as a manager and the experience of hanging up his boots.
Jack also discussed how he found the experience of being filmed throughout last season's Youth Cup run for the upcoming documentary Back Home: Wilshere's First Season - and revealed that he hates watching himself on camera!
The two then shared some of their favourite dad jokes, before there was time for Jack to have a go at Frimmy's Target Practice game as he attempted to beat Bukayo Saka's record.
Could he do it? Press play on the video above to find out.
