Player of the month

White wins March's Player of the Month award

Ben White has been voted our men’s Player of the Month for March after receiving the most votes from our supporters.

Our right-back enjoyed an incredible month on and off the field, being a huge influence on our side as we continue to fight for both the Premier League and Champions League trophies, and signed a new long-term deal to commit his future to the club.

And his efforts saw 41 per cent of our Gooners select him as the most worthy recipient of our monthly accolade, ahead of fellow contenders Kai Havertz, Martin Odegaard and Declan Rice.

As well as putting pen to paper on a new deal, Ben began March by writing his name into club history by bagging our 10,000th goal when he drilled home to complete our 6-0 thrashing of Sheffield United at Bramall Lane.

That was also one of three clean sheets he kept during the month as Porto and Manchester City were also kept at bay, and he also came up trumps to provide both assists during our 2-1 win against Brentford as he proved to be a huge influence at both ends of the field. His displays also saw him nominated for the Premier League's Player of the Month award.

It is the second time in his Gunners career he has been bestowed the club honour, having previously won it in November 2022.
