Goals from Eddie Nketiah and Bukayo Saka saw us race into a 2-0 lead, and while we couldn't quite find another way past our former keeper Matt Turner, Taiwo Awoniyi's strike eight minutes from the end of the 90 made for a nervy ending. However, we held on to extend our run of opening-day wins to four of our last five, having won just two of our previous nine.
