Voting is now open to decide the women's Player of the Month for March.
The month began with us winning a north London derby in front of a sold-out Emirates Stadium and ended with us reclaiming the Conti Cup after an extra-time win over Chelsea, adding yet more silverware to our trophy cabinet.
But who do you think was our standout performer? We’ve narrowed it down to a shortlist, so choose your favourite from these four contenders and cast your vote below:
Stina Blackstenius
Stina Blackstenius may have already been our top scorer this season but she reached a new level in March with five goals in five games.
Our Swedish striker earned her second hat-trick of the campaign in the Conti Cup semi-final against Aston Villa, opening her account with a thunderous strike past Anna Leat. Yet Stina's defining moment in the tournament came in the final as she slotted home the match-winner in the dying minutes of extra-time.
Beth Mead
Our talismanic winger started all five matches this month, adding three assists to her tally of seven in all competitions.
With her tireless work down the channels to track back as well as spearhead attacking chances, Beth set up Alessia Russo's vital winner against Tottenham Hotspur and capped off two excellent displays against Aston Villa with an assist in both ties.
Victoria Pelova
Victoria Pelova finished the month exceptionally well, bagging two back-to-back Player of the Match awards.
Our Dutch midfield maestro was a particular standout during the Conti Cup final, playing out of the Chelsea press with consummate ease to drive forward.
Victoria's goal against Aston Villa in the previous game also kickstarted our comeback at Villa Park and was only her second goal in the WSL this season.
Lotte Wubben-Moy
Lotte Wubben-Moy's outstanding season continues. With three clean sheets, our centre-back played every available minute of football this month and proved to be indispensable at the back.
Tasked with marking Mayra Ramirez in the Conti Cup final, Lotte kept Chelsea's record-signing exceptionally quiet at Molineux. At the other end of the pitch, she scored an all-important goal at Villa Park in our comeback win over Aston Villa in the WSL.
