We’re back at Meadow Park for the second week running as our under-21s host Southampton in the Premier League 2 on Friday, February 16 - kick off is at 7pm (UK).
Mehmet Ali’s young Gunners currently sit in third place in the division with 24 points from 12 games played.
Last time out we came from behind to claim a point at home to Leeds United thanks to Josh Robinson’s sweet strike moments after the second-half restart.
Opposition look
Turning our attention to the Saints, their form hasn’t been the best with just two wins in their last 10 games in all competitions. They currently sit in 18th place with 13 points after 12 games played.
However, one of those wins came in their last game where they won 2-1 away at Leicester City in the Premier League 2, thanks to a double from Luke Pearce.
