Mikel Arteta has made eight changes to his side for today’s Carabao Cup third round tie against Brentford, handing a first-team debut to academy forward Charles Sagoe Jr.
Aaron Ramsdale, Takehiro Tomiyasu, Jakub Kiwior, Jorginho, Kai Havertz, Emile Smith Rowe, and Reiss Nelson also come into the side.
Smith Rowe makes his 100th appearance for the club, while we also have three more academy players on the bench in Amario Cozier-Duberry, James Sweet and Reuell Walters.
