Aaron Ramsey says the Premier League saw a first glimpse of Mesut Ozil's "unbelievable" talent on Saturday in Arsenal's 3-1 win over Sunderland.
The Club's record signing set up Olivier Giroud for his fifth goal of the season before creating a number of chances for Theo Walcott in a glittering first-half display.
"He has a wonder of a left foot. He caresses the ball and the passes seem to be of a perfect weight and right into people's strides"
The in-form Welshman thoroughly enjoyed playing with the German star for the first time and hailed the creative side of his game.
"I think he showed what he's all about today slipping those little balls through," said Ramsey. "He's a fantastic player and is very gifted. He's going to create a lot of opportunities for us.
"He has a wonder of a left foot. He caresses the ball and the passes seem to be of a perfect weight and right into people's strides."
Ramsey's brace included a magnificent volley to seal a third successive Premier League win for the Gunners. The midfielder praised the character of the side for quashing Sunderland's fightback in the second half.
"We conceded a goal very early in the second half and the crowd were right behind them," he said. "They were putting us under pressure with crosses into the box so we had to dig in and be patient but the goals came in the end and I thought we deserved it.
