Arsenal will be auctioning the exclusive matchworn shirts from last month’s north London derby against Tottenham Hotspur from Tuesday, December 15.
The shirts, which supporters can bid for on www.arsenal.sport-auction.com, featured a poppy-embroidered design and the words ‘Football Remembers’, and are being auctioned to raise much-needed funds for the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal.
Football clubs all around the country are playing their part in the auction, and The Royal British Legion are hoping to break their previous fundraising Poppy Appeal record with a target of £41 million this year. With your support, we are hoping to help them reach that goal.
Each shirt will be signed by the player and all money raised will go towards the Poppy Appeal, which helps raise funds for serving members of the Armed Forces, veterans of all ages and their families.
