Pedro Martinez Losa says Danielle Carter’s goal against Notts County was a result of her hard work in training.
The England Under-23 forward headed Marta Corredera’s corner beyond Carly Telford to level before Natalia Pablos Sanchon secured a late win for Arsenal.
Carter’s equaliser was only her second Women’s Super League goal of the season and Losa is delighted to see her scoring again.
"We are going to see a fantastic Dan Carter by the end of the season"
"She needed that one,” he said. “She deserved to score because she's very honest.
“She's giving us 120 per cent every day in training and in games. She just needed a little lucky moment to score a goal.
"I was very happy for her and probably we are going to see a fantastic Dan Carter by the end of the season.
“We are believing in what we do,” added Losa. “There are still a few games left in the league but the best of Arsenal is still coming. I'm positive with the team and hopefully we can convert with results."
