Semi Ajayi has joined Championship side Cardiff City on loan until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old defender has been a regular for Arsenal Under-21s this term, featuring 10 times in the Barclays Under-21 Premier League.
A Nigeria Under-21 international, Ajayi has also been involved in the matchday squad for a number of Arsenal first team fixtures in 2014/15.
He was an unused substitute in Premier League victories against Newcastle United and Stoke City in December, as well as the 2-2 draw with Hull City in October.
Ajayi came through Charlton Athletic's academy and joined the Gunners after a successful trial period in 2013.
