Kieran Gibbs returns to left back in place of Nacho Monreal, while Calum Chambers plays his first game for Arsenal in midfield alongside Francis Coquelin in the absence of the injured Mathieu Flamini.
Elsewhere, Danny Welbeck’s slight injury sees a reshuffle in the forward line as Alexis Sanchez starts as a striker with Tomas Rosicky coming in on the wing.
