The Arsenal Foundation is supporting the work of the Royal Artillery Museum in Woolwich, where the club was formed in 1886.
A donation of £10,000 will help with the upkeep of the museum’s historic artefacts and support educational projects for the local community.
Club chairman Sir Chips Keswick met Michael Leydon of the museum ahead of Saturday’s match with Burnley for a pitchside presentation.
