Arsene Wenger has made three changes to the side that drew 2-2 with Manchester City on Saturday.
Kieran Gibbs replaces Nacho Monreal while Hector Bellerin makes his first senior start at right-back for the injured Mathieu Debuchy.
Club captain Mikel Arteta also returns to the action after being an unused substitute on Saturday, coming in for Mathieu Flamini.
Elsewhere, the front five remains the same, with Danny Welbeck making his first Champions League appearance in an Arsenal shirt.
